SOA Management Pack - uninstall on AIX

I have been asked by my organization's licensing area to uninstall SOA Management Pack from my AIX server that is used for running 11g Forms and Reports.

The only instructions for doing so that I have been given were for a Windows system, not AIX. 

We have no Oracle administrators in our organization, so the task has fallen to the application development/support team to carry out this request.

Two questions:

1) Is there any operational impact to the Forms and Reports installation that would occur from removing SOA Management Pack?

2) If the answer to #1 is 'no,' how do we go about removing it on an AIX server?
