Recycle Recurring Invoices - invoice gets dropped

Hello,

Every month a user runs the Recycle Recurring Invoices R03B8101.  And every month one invoice gets dropped (different customer each month) however the sales tax for that dropped invoice gets attached to another invoice on a different customer. We see no pattern as to the dropped customer/invoice and there are always remaining billing months on the dropped invoice.  The user must then delete the one invoice in error and create a new invoice for the one that didn’t generate.  Has anyone had this issue happen? We are using JDE E1 Version 9.0, Tools Release 9.2
