Discount % not applying

Hi Team,

As per our sales order functionality, when user applied discount % on line item level, the discount should calculate for that line item and the order total amount gets reduced.

As per observation on the attached log file, there were some signals calling and recalculating the price as per the applied discount on line item level.

However, i unable to find the triggering point for these signals, could you please help me to find those triggering points.

I have attached the log file with level 5, where the calculation happens correctly.
