Move EBS R12 Database home to different server

I recently added a 3 rd node to our existing 2 nodes RAC in our non prod environment and extended EBS UAT database successfully.

 

Now i want to migrate an EBS Training database home from 2nd to 3rd node ( its a single node database running on ASM and listens to a common grid listener at port 1521)

 

Can someone please give me correct order of steps to be followed here
