Hi, we are installing a 2-nodes oracle rac 12.2.0.1 and it fails in starting database in one node ..

Hi, we are installing a 2-nodes oracle rac 12.2.0.1 and it fails in starting database in one node ... looking in deeper, I discover than error message is "not enough resourses for database".

This happens in node where is not running -MNGMTDB database.
