P07390 Roll Over Sick and Vac Only

On the P07390 program, about the Roll Over Sick and Vac Only check box, does this check box really rolls over Sick and Vac only (i.e. SVH field = *values('S','V') or does this also include ANY DBA setup with Roll Over capabilities (i.e. SVH = 'S', or 'V', but also any other SVH code like 'H' or any other SVH client user-defined value)?

In other word, any 'S' or 'V' alike when using SVH field or ONLY 'S' and 'V' while leaving behind any other SVH code?
