Is there a way to add an alternate payee to the direct deposit setup?

If an employee wants a portion of pay to be send to an alternate payee's bank account, is that possible?

We are having difficulty setting this up, as the receiving financial institution will not accept the ACH payment unless the bank account holder matches the name in the ACH file.
