Entering Equipment Time Entry through P051191/P051121

We are looking for an easier solution for our employees to enter Equipment Time Entry.  Currently they are entering their time using P051191 and their hours worked on equipment using P12110.  Anyone using either P051191 or P051121 to accommodate a single source for all time entry?  If so, could you share your knowledge?   Currently we enter Equipment Time Entry using P12110.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
