Dual Picking Process doesn't work with Standard JDE BSSV B4204200

We are using JDE Dual Picking Process Option in Item Master. We made a change to custom program to update URAB.F4211 field for a sales order having Dual Picking Process enabled Item. but when running JDE standard BSSV B4204200 we are getting the error as "the data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros".  We got to know the root cause also as we see Standard JDE BSSV B4204200 doesn't have DualUOM/Secondary UOM field available to Use , so we can't even pass the sales order secondary UOM to Standard JDE BSSV to update F4211.URAB .
