MRP workbench Manual Demand not working for BOM components

Hi ,

Need a clarification related to MRP process in R12.1.3 environment. I completed the MRP run for a plan and added a manual demand at Finished Good level in the workbench. After that ran the Net Change Replan in batch mode and the demand is not getting exploded through the BOM components. Can anyone please help is there any specific setups needs to be done for this. We want to run What-If analysis using batch mode but the approach is not working as expected.
