Security Kernel Error "Malformed BLOB, unknown encryption type, blob size=150" during first service

I have installed JDE 9.2.1.4 followed AES Encryption process still the security kernel showing error as "Malformed BLOB, unknown encryption type, blob size=150" .

Did anyone faced this kind of issue,please suggest ??
