Error while downgrading binutils rpm in OL6.9

Hi Support,

Kindly help us to resolve the below issue:

Unable to downgrade binutils rpm from version 2.20.51.0.2-5.47.el6_9.1 to 2.17.50.0.6.6.1

[root@test2appl migration-task]# rpm -qa |grep binutils

binutils-2.20.51.0.2-5.47.el6_9.1.x86_64

[root@test2appl migration-task]# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage binutils-2.17.50.0.6-6.0.1.el5.i386.rpm

error: Failed dependencies:

binutils < 2.19.51.0.10 conflicts with glibc-2.12-1.209.0.3.el6_9.2.x86_64

binutils < 2.19.51.0.10 conflicts with glibc-2.12-1.209.0.3.el6_9.2.i686

[root@test2appl migration-task]#

[root@test2appl migration-task]# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage binutils-2.17.50.0.6-6.0.1.el5.x86_64.rpm

error: Failed dependencies:

binutils < 2.19.51.0.10 conflicts with glibc-2.12-1.209.0.3.el6_9.2.x86_64

binutils < 2.19.51.0.10 conflicts with glibc-2.12-1.209.0.3.el6_9.2.i686

binutils >= 2.19.51.0.14-33 is needed by (installed) gcc-4.4.7-18.el6.x86_64
