Budget entry for each Period in App Cost bud plan type

Hi,

Is it possible to enter cost Budget for each Period in App Cost bud plan type? I set time phase by GL, Period profile GL, and spread curve as Even, this distributes evenly across project duration of months. My user dont want this auto distribution of amounts across periods, bu he want to enter, please advise how can we set this? thanks. Venkat.
