Update cost budget amount in working version after baseline

Dear Experts,

We faced an issue while updating working version with amounts (not adjust by a percentage, which my user dont want as to calculate manaully, on hw much to modify on top of previous baseline) in approved cost budget plan type. When entering in 'Change' field or 'Total' field under Burdened cost section in budget planning lines in PJM module, it is not updating with entered amounts. Please advise if any setup missing.

Allow edit after initial baseline enabled for my approved cost budget plan type.
