Urgent: Jobs are not processing in JDE E1

Dear All,

We are using JDE XE version. In JDE WSJ jobs are not processing, when  I submitted  test report also it is still waiting status only last 2 days , no jobs are processing .

For What is the reason behind this  JDE jobs are not processing. Please help on this ASAP.
