OIM-OAM integrated first time login issue

Hi All,

In an 11gR2 PS3 environment, as part of first time login process, the temporary password generated by OIM is not actually validated rather the user is taken to security questions/changepassword page. For example, for a new created user I just need to put the username and give any value as password, the user is taken to the next page with security questions and change password fields.

Is this a normal behavior or the issue with the product or this version.

Any help on this is much appreciated.
