I need to rebudget check from cm_acctg_line without regenerating. Can this be done?

There was a bug in the system that caused our parent/child commitment control ledgers to get out of sync. I want to re-budget check the transactions but not have to unpost and regenerate all the accounting entries. Is this doable?
