Send Email Notification to "Who's Online" Users Only

Hello,

Does anyone know which table in Demantra I can get information regarding Who's Online that's on the CWB?

My goal is to send an email through workflow to those users that are online only and NOT to specific user, User Group(s) or All users. So, I am not able to use the Email Step as this require specific User within Demantra.

Any other ideas how I can implement this?
