HFM 11.1.2.4.205 and Task Flow/Data Extract issues
Hello,
We are running into a strange issue with Task Flow and Data Extract in HFM 2.4 release with patch 205.
We migrated from 2.2 and it used to take 2 hours to run A Task Flow....now in 2.4 it is taking 5 to 7 hours. Sometimes the Task Flow will not complete, sometimes the CPU will reach 99% and the server hangs and sometimes we see Communications Failure message in Task Flow status.
We have opened Oracle SR and sent many log files.
We are using 10 CPU Core, 24 GB Ram, Pagefile.Sys is set to 12 GB.
All HFM Application Side settings in Consolidation, Administration, Settings are Tuned.
