Elastic List Applet

We have Siebel IP16 which used the Elastic List applets. All is good with it as it reduced unused white space and utilized the view to show more information. The problem is with the display of Text Fields like a Note field with a lot of notes in it when there are only one or two records in the list applet which is the child applet in the View. The Note field will expand only to the compressed length of the applet. The more the number of list records, the more will be the length of the applet and the
