OGG Upgrade to 12.2.0.2.3 on windows

Hi

I just upgraded OGG from 12.2.0.1.1 to 12.2.0.2.3 on 2 Windows servers.  One server has Oracle 11.2.0.4 installed on it.  The other server has Oracle 11.2.0.4 and 12.1.0.2 installed.  The database being replicated is 11.2.0.4.

The upgrade was done for Oracle 11g.

The upgrade was successful on both but when I invoke GGSCI on the server with 2 homes, I get this error:

I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on it.
