Variance Between GL and Cardex for IM transaction

Hi All,

We have WO and component attached, first day user issue partial quantity (say 10)to WO and night job created journal entry for same (10*5 = 50), next day user again issue the 5 quantity and after night job journal entry is created for 15 qty of value 75 which should be only 5*5 = 25. There is not change in cost component or anything.

Your help will be greatly appreciate.
