Is it possible to a Cost Code picker to a header form in Unifier on a generic cost BP

The issue we have is that web services will not allow updates on line items, even if the BP is a generic cost BP that does not have associated workflow.  We are trying to move the fields to a header form to the fields can be updated using web services but I am not sure if a Cost Code picker can be added to a header form.  Is this possible?
