How to map supplier who is also customer in order to derive statement of accounts for Open balances

How to map supplier who is also customer in order to derive statement of accounts for Open balances of suppliers and customers. Our client is not using Netting feature and want to develop a report to get statement of accounts. Challange is how to map Customer and suppliers in Oracle r12 without using netting feature.
