Siebel IP17 - Workspace for new User

Hi,

I've created a new user on a fresh Siebel IP17 install.

This user has "Workspace Administrator" responsibility but when connecting with this user to WebTools, or Web Client, I don't have access to the Workspace dashboard.

Do I need to run EnableWorspace utility for this user to have access to Workspace dashboard ?
