'siebel screen loss' after navigation with different path in siebel App 8.1

Hi All,

In siebel 8.1 application, when navigating via 'search' under ac and account list  query with sub ids, all views are visible properly  in work order tab after drill down on work Type. But when navigate the same destination via 'Recent Records' from home page few of the views are missing. Even screen name is getting changed in this path. Not getting idea why screen loss is happening and also checked with different env with same SRF and FC.... there is no issue. Can please help some here....
