Urgent: Sheduler Jobs are not in processing(Scheduler srever down error) in JDE E1

Dear All,

Scheduler jobs are not processing,  when I open scheduler server its showing " scheduler server is down " .

When I try to start scheduler I am getting given below Error. Please help on this you valuable suggestions.
