Periodic Alert mail not sending to mail box

Hi

We have setup periodic alert, triggered periodic alert, Able to see mail log in Actions but not getting mail in inbox.

Workflow mailer is up and running. Able to see records in

select * from applsys.aq$wf_notification_out

where corr_id like'%ALR%'

message_state is processed.

Not sure why mails are not received in mailbox anything needs to be checked
