Cannot run successfully run GM_GMFACS process

I cannot run successfully run GM_GMFACS process. Due to an error code. See attached.

I've followed some of the previous troubleshoot/answers  within the PS community who had similar problems; and based on some of those responses - I've re-checked my configurations but still can not run the GM_GMFACS process.

the “GMFA Transaction Code” and it is listed. And my DepartID is active and it’s included in the Setup Financials>BU>F&A Offset page and also in the Project Department page. The F&A account tree is setup correctly.
