Error uploading suppliers with WebAdi

Hi,

We have an user that are trying to uploding suppliers with WebAdi.

The worksheet is generated but when it open it give error

And I am doing the same test with WebAdi and is not generated this error

The user have the same configuration of Internet Explorer, Operating System and versión of Excel as me.

We are use Oracle version 11.5.10.2

We have Excel 2010, Operating System 64 Bits
