Funds Availble Issue

Hi All,

We have raised a Requisition using a distribution account which has Negative Funds  for testing Budgetary Control. Instead of Failing the Transaction Passed Funds Check.

When we hit the "Check Funds" option after raising REQ it shows the detailed /Summary Account which it hit .Our Control for Operating Funds has been Setup at Summary Level so it  skipped Details level but passed at funds check showing the Funds showing some funds at Summary Level in the Budgetary Control Page

Strangely when we query the same Summary Account in the FUNDS INQUIRY page it still shows NEGATIVE FUNDS AVAILBLE.It is very confusing.Please verify the Uploaded screen shots and throw some light on this.
