How could erased the report setup (data selection)?

Hi,

After deploy the latest full package on PROD, seems erased the report setup (data selection) of 2 report only.

end user face issue with 2 reports (OP), he said were updated and change the report version..

How much way OP can be updated?

How can I see the latest udpate date of OP? on which table?

Does the deploy process update all OP?

what could be the reason report version OP update?
what are OP tables?
