GL AME:Manual Journal Source Approval

We are in R12.1.3, our business requirement to enable journal approval for manually created journals (Manual Source) for specific balancing segments, even for those balancing segments it should be parallel with first responder wins and serial in company wise. 

For example Ledger 'A' has 5 balancing segments 001,002, 003, 004 and 005, out of those only 004 and 005 requires approval. Each balancing segment is a company and has group of approvers.

004 has two approvers 004A & 004 B, similarly 005 has two approvers 005A&005B. There is no amount limit for approval. Any one's approval in a company group is required if journal is created for same company( for example journal created (both debit and credit lines) with company 004, then either of 004A or 004B is required), if journal lines has two companies (for example journal lines 004 & 005 then either 004A or 004B AND 005A or 005B is required).  I have created a dynamic approval group by company wise and maintained approver names in lookup.
