Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. upgrading 11.2.0.3 to 12c

we have APEX 5.0.4.00.12

on 11g and we are planning to upgrade to 12c.

do we need to make any prep work, caution, or requirements?
