Can we hide Site link in istore which appears on every page?

Hi There,

Is it possible to hide Site link in istore which appears on every page? Basically requirement is that once a store is chosen user should not change the store and add lines from different store to existing cart. Our requirement is that for both store we have same order type but one is Parts Store and other is Machine store. Although order type is same, shipping for items is handled differently. Therefore can we hide this Site option from the Menu.
