Upgrade 11.2.0.3 (solaris-x86) to 12.2 (suse sles 12)

Hi, we want to upgrade 11.2.0.3 (solaris-x86/veritas) database to 12.2 (suse sles 12/asm) using physical standby. the question is: is it supported?

we have a very short maintenance window and the database has a size of 5tb.

We were successful some month ago upgrading from suse sles 11 to suse sles 12. Now we are facing problems with the 11203 orapwd copied to standby System, getting ora-1017/ora-16191

Heartbeat failed to connect to standby 'TNBP_OLGA0549'. Error is 16191.
