ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

we have build new 12.2.0.1 database on windows 2012 R2 server and we could see following error in alert log , what is the significance of this error and how to resolve this error...

Errors in file \ORACLE\diag\rdbms\hoeghdb\hoeghdb\trace\hoeghdb_m001_15144.trc:

ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

OSD-04011: GetFileInformationByHandle() failure, unable to obtain file info

O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.

application is running fine only this database alert is comming continously.

Let me know if someone also experienced such error.
