Overlapping Activities on Dispatch Board

Hi Siebel Gurus,

I would like to understand how siebel OUI detects overlapping activities for same engineer and same time slot on Dispatch Board and then splits the taskbox and shows both activities.

I have and issue where in some cases both the activties displayed one below the other but in some cases it is hidden one behind the other.

Please provide me some pointers.
