URL towards quality result

For my customer we create Work orders with quality results. This is done with the "Execute a SQL script"-action. We don't use the standard "Create Workorder"-action as we need to do more than just creating the workorder.
Our final step in this sql script is that we need to create an "Url"-attachment on the workorder that links to the qualtiy results that served as data source.
- I can create the attachment on the Workorder but I cannot find out how the url, towards the quality results, should be constructed?
- Also perhaps there is a menu function that I could use?
