Channel Management Revenue Module

The Doc ID number is related to the API. We are using the API so multiple claims can be submitted for approval instead of individually submitting the claims. Once the API is run then the Ship to Customer information is not appearing anymore or disappearing from the claim.

Anyone facing the same problem and how it got resolved.
