Error

RateGeoFinderSession: findCachedBaseRateGeo: Didn't find cached base geo

Has anyone experienced the issue/error

RatewareAL/CarrierConnectXL are working and has Carrier CBKK and Transit. the shipment is Direct to Direct.

Also, sometimes the Rate Inquiry does not return rates that I know are load correctly.  Will show in Rate and ROutes more than not show
