Brocade 5100 firmware upgrade

Hi,

   We have brocade switch 5100 and it is at version 6.4.0c. We are planing to do the firmware upgrade. I need to know the recommended firmware version for this is 144882-14: v6.4.3h or do we have to upgrade it to152204-05: v7.4.1e.
