MSC: Sales Orders Offset Days

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are on a decentralized environment and the profile option MSC: Sales Orders Offset Days is set to 30 in both our Source and Destination instances Also, we run our Planning Data Pull with Sales Orders = Yes which means that we collect all the orders rather than Net change every time we run the collections My question is do both the options work in tandem or is there any precedence that the system uses as part of the planning engine? Thanks in advance
