Revision field in Define Rebuildable Seriual Numbers form is not available

Good morning all:

In the Define Rebuildable Serial Number form (Form application: Enterprise Asset Management; Form Name: EAMFANDF; Form Version 12.0.105.12010000.86) there is a field for Revision that is not active. 

What is the process to activate this filed in this form?

I would suspect it is associated with the Revision Level designation of the Inventory Item and I have established revisions for the Inventory Item that is defined as a Serialized Rebuildable that is associated with the  Rebuildable Serial number I am creating.
