Time phased netting between organizations

Here is my business scenario,

I have three orgs : X01, X02, X03, X00  All the three orgs are added in ASCP Plan. ( Single Plan)

X00 is MFG Plant. ( X01, X02, X03 are distribution centers).  Sourcing rules set up for item FG  in Bracnhes X01,02,03 transfer from X00.

I have a demand for Item FG1 in X01 org    Sales order schedule ship date is Nov 15 2017  Qty 15,  On hand for this item is zero ( No existing Supply in this org for this item) . System suggested planned order Qty 15 to buy or make based on make or buy.--  Plan output correct no issues here.
