Error 400 The webpage cannot be found for a particular user
Hi all,
We are on HFM 11.1.2.4 system configured with Kerberos Single sign on. We use AD groups to authenticate users to the system.
We have a particular user who gets below error when trying to access workspace URL. Strange part is that other users part of same AD group with exactly same access are not getting this error. I tried deleting user´s browser temp files, purged kerberos tickets , but it did not help. Even Kerberos SSO diag test passed for the user.
Please let me know if any of you are aware of similar issues. Thanks!
