ASCP updating Sales Order Schedule Date based on Incoming PO Date?

We are running Oracle EBS 12.2.4 and are licensed for ASCP but are not currently using it.

I would like to know if there is any standard functionality available in ASCP that will allow the Schedule Date on a Sales Order line to be dynamically updated (in or near real-time) based upon incoming PO quantity?

For example, we have ATP enabled Item A with zero stock on-hand.
A Purchase Order is created to procure new stock from our vendor.
We create a Sales Order for Item A, and the system assigns a Schedule Date based on the incoming PO date.
If this incoming PO date changes, or additional POs are created that have earlier incoming dates, the business would like the Schedule Date on the Order Line to be updated to reflect the new stock arrival dates.
