How to have a warning message appear in iprocurement screen to stop users from selecting zero for un

While creating Non Catalog request via iproc, users are entering zero in unit price field . We want to have a warning message to appear whenever this is happening (eg: for field like quantiy and amount the warning message :It should be a positive number" is already present).
