Oracle Restart doesn't recognise status of the database after DG failover
Hi,
Have just configured Fast-Start failover for DataGuard. I've got two servers with Oracle Restart - for Primary and Standby.
When I do manual switchover in DGMGRL, after switchover has completed, Oracle Restart properly picks up statuses of the database, former standby becomes new primary, Oracle Restart shows it as "Open" and starts all required services for primary database.
I've configured Fast-Start failover with the Observer running from the third server. Have rebooted primary server. Observer detects outage, performs failover to the standby site, convert former Primary to Standby, reinstates it - all good here. But Oracle Restart does not pick up new statuses. On the new Primary site it shows status for the database "Instance Shutdown", I waited for a while, nothing happened; then I started database with srvctl tool - this tool obviously didn't do much since database was already running, but it reported to Oracle Restart that the database is running and after srvctl completed, Oracle
