Item weight ITWT.F4211 is not getting recalculated for Partial shipments by P4205 Program JDE 9.1

When we do partial shipments by P4205 program for Dual Picking Process enabled Items. System is confirming the shipped line with weight as Total weight and the unshipped line as a result of partial shipment coming with zero weight (F4211.ITWT) which is absolutely wrong. Client performs freight calculations by using the ITWT value.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Define a configured Item with Dual UOM and Dual Picking Turned ON at Item Master
2. Enter the Sales Order for configured Item with Primary UOM as 30000LB and Secondary UOM as 500 UN and the weight (ITWT) will be calculated as 30000LB.
3. Complete the WO for full quantity i.e. 30000LB as Primary and 500UN as secondary and no change in weight i.e. 30000LB
